At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Storekeeper to join our Purchasing Department for the Season 2026. This role plays a key part in ensuring the proper control, storage, and distribution of engineering materials and supplies, supporting the hotel’s operational excellence and compliance with Four Seasons standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Check and receive all incoming engineering goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain safe, clean, secure, and well-organized storage areas in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain perpetual inventory records for engineering items
  • Ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of stock to facilitate reordering and stock control
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and compile orders based on par levels and operational needs
  • Safeguard storeroom keys and ensure restricted access to authorized personnel only
  • Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures related to Purchasing, Receiving, and Inventory
  • Work closely with Engineering, Receiving, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the hotel’s Safety and Sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of full-time experience in the construction or engineering sector
  • European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
  • Working knowledge of inventory procedures and internal controls
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate relevant systems
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong integrity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a safe, structured, and professional manner
