Engineering Sr Lead Analyst

The Engineering Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to drive a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework. The Archive Engineering Team designs, builds, and helps maintains Citi’s global electronic communications archival platforms, ensuring all email, chat, and messaging data is retained, searchable, discoverable, and compliant with global regulatory requirements. This includes ownership of architecture, ingestion pipelines, retention controls, and integration with Legal, ICRM, CSIS, and regional partners.
