Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise engineering team members during rotating day and night shifts to ensure maximum equipment efficiency
Initiate and manage maintenance tasks, ensuring all machinery operates smoothly and reliably
Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on your shifts
Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize equipment performance and address any technical issues promptly
Encourage team development through coaching and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Document all maintenance activities and track equipment performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or food production environment
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly in production settings
Proven leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure
Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to engineering operations
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days and nights
