Job Responsibility:
Identify prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person
Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
Full cycle recruitment
Requirements:
2+ years business-to-business sales experience and 1+ year recruiting experience
Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment
A competitive nature
Be a multitasking wizard, handling a lot of information seamlessly
Listening skills to ensure the right things happen for clients
Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
Detail orientation with follow-through
