Job Responsibility:

  • Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production
  • Build alignment with senior leaders to establish a clear set of program objectives and design program execution strategies that finds the perfect balance between schedule and risk
  • Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time
  • Communicate across the various engineering disciplines within the project and across the business to ensure alignment across risks, challenges and results
  • Be a champion for best practices/processes that are impactful for scaling the way we develop products
  • Be a champion for releasing the best possible product so our customers can have the best possible experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Engineering
  • Preferred Masters of Engineering
  • 3 years+ in a program management role
  • Track record of launching successful products
  • Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
  • Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
