Analyze, identify and propose improvements to engineering processes adapted to internal customer needs
Lead workshops to capture requirements
Interact with different parts of the engineering organization to ensure applicability of proposed solutions
Support improvement initiatives aligned with the product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy of the organization, in collaboration with the Business and Information Solutions team
Assist engineering users during and after the deployment of process & tools improvements
Provide regular visibility on the different projects you manage
Lead activities to identify, manage and mitigate project risks
Facilitate problem solving, ensure engineering stakeholder engagement and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with more than 5 years of experience
Experience in CAD and PLM
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English and French
Ability to train and/or mentor others
Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects)
Demonstrated leadership skills within a matrix organization
Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good business sense
Organized, autonomous and manages time effectively
Nice to have:
Knowledge in product change management principles
Familiar with aircraft development
