As the Engineering Operations Intern supporting the Tech Leadership team, you will be instrumental in boosting operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include supporting engineering operations and contributing to the creation of tools and processes designed to optimize project management, activity reporting, and analysis.
Job Responsibility:
Enhance Engineering Operations Tools: Support the implementation and improvement of engineering tools and processes, focusing on automation, reporting systems, and operational efficiency that enables engineering managers and tech leaders to be more efficient in their duties
Support Project Management Efficiency: Work with engineering managers to streamline project management processes, optimize workflows using tools like Jira and Dust, and help identify bottlenecks in engineering delivery pipelines
Assist in Roadmap Analytics and Reporting: Help develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide visibility into engineering progress, resource allocation, and project status for leadership decision-making
Budget and Resource Management: Assist with budget allocation, resource structuring, and capacity planning for engineering. Support the development of tools to help engineering managers optimize project costs and forecasting
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Software Engineering
Interested in working on a Fullstack scope: building internal tools and dashboards to support monthly reporting, roadmapping, status reporting, building AI-assisted tools and information dashboards, including integrations into Google Sheets
Skills in Python and JavaScript
Skills in Project Management & Data Analysis
Interested in efficient processes and helping tech leadership teams succeed
Know how to work in autonomy
