Requirements:
Extensive Leadership Experience: Several years of progressive leadership experience (e.g., 7+ years in software development with 5+ years in a formal leadership role), ideally managing multiple teams or a significant domain within agile product development environments
Strategic Delivery Focus: Proven expertise in driving and improving flow-based software development across larger organizational units or complex product lines
Business-Driven Product Development: A strong track record of leading data-driven and user-centric product and software development initiatives that deliver tangible business value
Technical Acumen: Sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with senior engineers and guide architectural discussions, even if not a hands-on coding role
Cross-Functional Acumen: Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence across product management, design, and other business functions at a strategic level
