About the team: We are developing the Storage & Enrichment layer of the backend. Our team is responsible for everything that happens after data delivery: long-term storage, structuring, validation, enrichment, and making trading data ready for downstream services.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the Storage & Enrichment engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high technical standards
Drive the team’s technical roadmap for data storage, metadata management, enrichment pipelines, and platform reliability
Collaborate with product, data engineering, and analytics stakeholders to align delivery with business goals
Build and refine processes for sprint planning, delivery tracking, quality assurance, and incident response
Mentor engineers to help them grow in technical and leadership capabilities
Ensure platform components meet performance, reliability, and security requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead
Strong backend engineering background with Go and/or Java
Experience designing and operating high-load backend systems
Deep understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
Excellent communication and people management skills
Nice to have:
Experience in finance or trading domain
Familiarity with TradingView as a product
Experience with data governance, cataloging, and metadata frameworks
Background working with real-time or near-real-time data pipelines
Prior experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
