Job Responsibility:
Lead the team on a daily basis to ensure that the team delivers as expected
Manage a team of talented software engineers, facilitate their growth and provide challenges that align with their goals
Make technical decisions with your team to ensure that your features meet GitGuardian’s quality standards
Manage interactions with other engineering teams and oversee the dependencies between your projects
Requirements:
5+ years in a software engineer experience building web applications or complex backend systems
Former experience as a developer using Python
1+ year of experience leading or managing an engineering team with a track record of shipping high quality software
Familiarity with frontend development using either React or Angular
Strong stakeholder management and communication: you are able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Clear communication both written and verbal
Fluent English
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Previous experience in cybersecurity
You have encountered challenges related to monolithic architecture and scaling app performance for millions of users
