Job Responsibility:
Provide daily guidance to the engineering workforce, fostering a culture anchored in our client’s core values
Lead problem-solving efforts to reduce downtime and improve throughput across production, returns, and reconditioning operations
Partner with the Business System Tech team on data analytics and coordinate with IT to refine shop management systems
Support new product development through specialized service documentation, tooling, and production launch support
Own the Hub’s quality processes and lead 6S (5S + Safety) initiatives to ensure a world-class operating environment
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or Operations Management
5+ years in production-related engineering
3+ years of direct people leadership
Strong experience with ERP systems
Expertise in Oracle or Tier 1 WMS is a major plus
Experience navigating startup or high-growth environments
Willingness to travel (up to 75% during initial setup
50% post-launch)
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across distributed and international teams
