Job Responsibility
Lead and manage a team of software engineers in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications
Provide strong technical leadership, including guiding architecture, driving technical decisions, and ensuring high engineering standards
Define team goals, strategies, and budgets, and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple locations
Set clear expectations for team members based on their roles and levels, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives
Conduct regular check-ins with team members to provide performance feedback, coaching, and support their professional development
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively
Support career growth, lead performance reviews, and contribute to compensation and promotion decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure engineering initiatives align with company goals
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
Minimum 1 year of experience leading small to mid-sized software engineering teams
Proven experience in designing software architecture and building distributed systems
