Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations
Establish and refine Agile workflows, driving continuous improvement
Recruit and onboard top engineering talent to support growth
Lead integration efforts with key partners and platforms
Drive DevSecOps best practices, ensuring robust security
Oversee CI/CD pipeline management for efficiency and reliability
Oversee production support and system health monitoring
Establish effective incident management processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in Engineering Management, managing teams of 5+ engineers
Strong technical background in software development (mobile or web technologies a plus)
Experience leading large-scale projects across multiple teams
Proven ability to implement Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of security best practices
Willingness to travel occasionally for collaboration
