Job Responsibility:
Project Management: Collaborate with the campaign lead to assist in planning, coordinating, allocating resources, and executing marketing projects to ensure alignment with goals and timely delivery
Creative Traffic Control: Partner with the creative team to manage the workflow of creative projects, ensure briefs are fulfilled, and facilitate timely reviews and approvals while maintaining communication with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams
Onboarding Support: Aid in onboarding new team members, offering resources and guidance to help integrate them into the team culture and processes
Team Support: Organize team meetings/events, track action items, and follow up to ensure the timely completion of critical tasks. Collaborate with the finance team to assist with budget tracking
