Job Description:

Lead teams to transform digital landscape at IKEA; Handle challenges and technical decisions for building and implementing products; Support operations across various domains.

Job Responsibility:

Build and run technology supporting global business operations
Create new IKEA capabilities to flex fulfillment dynamically
Transform technology landscape into a modern stack
Enable testing and learning to meet customer demands
Provide highly available, resilient, and secure services.

Requirements:

Minimum three years’ experience as an engineering manager
BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
12+ years of experience in software development, technology architecture, and/or IT service delivery
Knowledge of best practices like version control, deployment automation, continuous integration, trunk-based development, test automation, test data management, shift left on security, loosely coupled architecture, empowered teams, proactive monitoring
Ability to bring your whole self to work.
