Job Description:

Manages engineering and maintenance operations with a focus on safety, security, and asset protection; oversees budgets and preventative maintenance efforts; fosters employee relationships and provides leadership in guest hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Manages all engineering and maintenance operations including building, grounds and physical plant
accounts for budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation
ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
leads emergency response team for facility issues
supervises Engineering in absence of Director of Engineering
maintains accurate logs and records
handles guest problems and complaints effectively
establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area
technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
2-year degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major
2 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area
technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
