Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manager. Location: based in Korea- Seoul during Detailed Engineering phase, then construction Site, Basra, Iraq. Scheme: Residential - 6 days a week. Start: To be confirm. Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee all engineering activities to ensure successful project delivery for WIP-CSSP EPSCC phase
  • Manage the engineering team to ensure effective coordination and resource allocation
  • Ensure the quality of engineering deliverables aligns with project requirements and standards
  • Coordinate between engineering disciplines to facilitate seamless project execution
  • Maintain compliance with project technical and safety standards throughout all engineering activities
  • Collaborate closely with the STF Package Lead, Quality Lead, Project Engineers, and Discipline Specialist to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks

Requirements

  • With engineering management experience on water injection and associated networks in oil and gas field
  • Minimum 10 years in engineering management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
  • 5-8 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering activities, particularly in EPC projects
  • Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary engineering practices, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering
  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams, manage design changes, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong leadership and Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Effective team management and work with multidisciplinary teams
