Engineering Manager

• Manage physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Manage energy conservation and facility operations
• Develop specifications for service contracts
• Distribute preventive maintenance and repair work orders
• Maintain grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities
• Develop long term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protection
• Develop project plans for renovations or new construction
• Supervise contractors and construction projects
• Conduct property inspections
• Order equipment, supplies, and furnishings
• Manage parts and equipment inventory

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area
• technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
• OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major
• 1 year experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area
