Overcoming engineering challenges and shaping a system of best practices. Working closely with the chief engineer to monitor M&E projects and deliver facility management reports. Providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services.
Job Responsibility:
Uphold excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance programmes and conservation practices
Monitor M&E projects for quality and timely delivery
Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports
Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services
Contribute to hitting financial targets and other goals set by senior facilities manager
Achieve key performance indicators and meet service level agreements
Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance
Prepare list of critical spares for all installations based on manufacturers’ recommendations
Plan maintenance inventory carried out with in-house teams
Implement pre-emptive maintenance programme for critical equipment malfunctions
Ensure logbooks, checklists and schedules are upkeep and current
Arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups based on client requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in engineering, ideally electrical engineering
Three to seven years of experience in facilities management
Ability to work as part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise
