Job Description:

We are seeking a collaborative, execution-focused engineering leader to manage our Subscriptions & Payments team. You’ll own the core systems that power member enrollment, billing, renewals, and payment processing, ensuring every transaction is fast, secure, and reliable.

Job Responsibility:

Hire, mentor, and support engineering talent
Lead team ceremonies and roadmap planning
Partner closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and context
Promote engineering and operational excellence

Requirements:

8+ years of software engineering experience
1+ years managing engineering teams
Broad experience across software development, architecture, and system design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Hands-on expertise with modern OOP languages, design patterns, and cloud-native development
Proven ability to deliver scalable, highly available systems
Comfortable guiding and aligning multiple teams toward collective goals
Passionate about technology, curious by nature, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
