Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, your primary responsibilities include: Maintaining and improving current systems while designing and implementing new ones Uphold a high-quality standard in the backend stack in collaboration with other teams Deliver well-tested and scalable solutions. Collaborating with customers and business teams to translate requirements into technical documentation and architectural drawings Monitoring systems and optimizing their performance and reliability Mentoring and guiding junior members of the team and participating in the interviewing process for new candidates Proactively share and debate best practices with your peers. Coordinating with other departments to avoid duplicated efforts Developing solutions using modern technologies Understanding data storage engines, data processing pipelines, and APIs Writing well-documented, elegant, and self-testing code Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure we're building the right thing at the right time.
