Engineering Manager

You’ll support engineers in their growth, elevate product quality through technical guidance, and help us scale thoughtfully while staying true to our principles of simplicity, speed, and craft. We don’t expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we do expect you to bring strong technical acumen, exceptional communication, and a track record of leading high-performing product engineering teams.
