You’ll support and develop engineers to do their best work, building a high-performing, collaborative team environment. As we grow our engineering organisation and continue to evolve our platform capabilities and customer experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how engineering operates at Veygo, contributing to team structure, delivery models, and a strong, forward-looking engineering culture.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, able to adapt to evolving priorities and make effective decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and build effective relationships across the business
  • A genuine passion for coaching and developing engineers, supporting individuals at different stages of their careers to grow and succeed
  • A pragmatic decision-maker, able to balance speed, quality, and technical production to deliver the best outcomes for both customers and the business

What we offer
