We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our Medication Management Squad, a core team responsible for building and scaling the systems that support how patients receive, manage, and stay on their treatments. As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will guide a team of talented engineers while remaining close to the technical and product decisions that drive meaningful patient and commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Medication Management Squad
Guide a team of talented engineers while remaining close to technical and product decisions
Work closely with cross-functional partners across product, design, analytics, and commercial teams
Take an iterative approach to building and evolving systems
Own delivery management for your team, lead planning and prioritisation
Ensure squad consistently delivers the right outcomes
Accountable for team’s objectives and support them in effectively owning and operating components
Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to lead engineering-wide initiatives, improve processes, and contribute to growth
Help design and evolve team structure, support hiring and resourcing needs, and adapt ways of working
Requirements:
Experienced Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer
Experience leading teams in a growth-focused, product-led environment
Experience leading and coaching engineers, providing clear and constructive feedback
Strong communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing competing priorities across new feature development, iterative improvement, technical and operational debt, and scalability
Experience partnering closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams
Passionate about building and inspiring teams
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments
Strong problem-solving skills across team design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement
