Lead the Frontend Strategy: Help shape a scalable and modular portal architecture. You’ll ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for our partners, creating harmony across various applications and internal tools
Empower and Grow Talent: Hire and develop a diverse team of engineers. You will focus on their professional growth, helping them master the balance between rapid feature delivery and high-quality UI/UX standards
Bridge Design and Engineering: Work in close partnership with Product and UX Design leads to translating user needs into technical roadmaps, leveraging modern web trends and Design Systems (DS) to increase development velocity
Champion Operational Health: Take full ownership of the portal's stability. You will oversee CI/CD pipelines, monitor frontend performance metrics, and ensure robust security (Okta/OpenID) and SEO-friendly architectures
Navigate Architectural Choices: Provide the technical perspective needed to guide decisions around Micro Frontends (MFE), SPA performance, and API consumption, ensuring the team builds extensible solutions without over-engineering
Foster Smooth Delivery: Act as a catalyst for Agile best practices, removing blockers for your team and ensuring that cross-functional stakeholders are aligned on the portal’s roadmap and release cycles
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with a track record of building healthy, high-trust cultures and coaching senior talent in an international environment
Solid technical background in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, Node.js) and a deep understanding of Micro Frontend architectures and state management
Well-versed in how frontends interact with complex backends via REST APIs and have experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS/Kubernetes)
Strong 'DevOps' mentality—you care about build times, automated testing, and seamless deployments, ensuring a zero-downtime experience for our partners
Understand that technical excellence is a means to an end. You are passionate about delivering value to the customer and can translate business requirements into clean, scalable software products
Excel at giving your team the space to lead while offering the right level of support. You know how to balance looking at the 'big picture' strategy with staying connected to the technical heart of the work
