Job Description

As a Engineering Manager for the CRM team, you will play a crucial role in leading our CRM Product Team and driving the RLM Implementation Program. Your role will be to lead the execution and delivery of all CRM system projects while cultivating a high-performing team of specialists. This role has a direct impact on the organization's scaling by fostering a culture of accountability and seamless cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to the team’s goals by ensuring our Salesforce roadmap is fully represented in the broader business strategy. You will lead a dedicated group of systems specialists and analysts while working closely with stakeholders in Sales and Finance to manage dependencies. Your leadership will ensure the reliability, security and long term health of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM systems specialists, managing capacity and resource allocation
  • Accountable for the execution and quality of all CRM projects, including integrations, upgrades, and the RLM Implementation Program
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales and Finance to define project scopes, timelines, and business alignment
  • Ensure the team maintains appropriate best practices for CRM systems management, ownership, and security of Salesforce
  • Act as an ambassador for Epidemic Sound’s values, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe environment
