Engineering Manager - Salesforce

As a Engineering Manager for the CRM team, you will play a crucial role in leading our CRM Product Team and driving the RLM Implementation Program. Your role will be to lead the execution and delivery of all CRM system projects while cultivating a high-performing team of specialists. This role has a direct impact on the organization's scaling by fostering a culture of accountability and seamless cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to the team’s goals by ensuring our Salesforce roadmap is fully represented in the broader business strategy. You will lead a dedicated group of systems specialists and analysts while working closely with stakeholders in Sales and Finance to manage dependencies.
