  • 4+ years of engineering management experience
  • 7+ years experience in engineering
  • Ability to execute and drive product roadmap

  • A passion for building exceptional user-facing products and experiences, with extensive experience designing and operating mission-critical, high-scale systems

  • Deep understanding of full-stack software development with experience leading both backend and mobile engineers
  • Ability to align cross-functional partners and drive consensus across multiple engineering organizations
  • Strong at making data-driven prioritization decisions and proactively driving solutions when challenges surface
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a genuine personal investment in the success of the product and the team
