Engineering Manager - Rewards

In the Rewards Tribe, we build the core capabilities that enable advertisers to define how they reward publishers and manage transactions at scale. Operating at the heart of the business, we power critical flows through an event-driven architecture that ensures flexibility, reliability, and real-time processing. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to take ownership of an existing team and evolve it into two high-performing teams, supporting a strategic product roadmap while modernising our platform and technology stack. This role is ideal for an experienced people leader who thrives in complex domains, enjoys scaling teams, and can balance delivery of business-critical initiatives with long-term technical evolution.
