6+ years of experience as a product-focused fullstack or backend software engineer (post BS/MS), with a history of shipping real products to real users
2+ years of experience leading engineers, with clear ownership over both delivery and team health
A proven ability to design and operate backend platforms that support multiple product lines at scale
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React) or backend systems (e.g. Python, Node, Go)
Excellent technical judgment
