Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, enforce, and evolve engineering best practices
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics (SLOs/SLIs) to measure and improve system health
  • Promote a 'you build it, you run it' mindset, focusing on automation and reducing operational friction
  • Assess team capacity realistically to ensure consistent, predictable delivery of platform commitments

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing platform or infrastructure engineering teams in high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and complex distributed systems
  • Strong familiarity with Kubernetes, container ecosystems, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
  • A strong background in performance-sensitive systems where high availability is non-negotiable
  • A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and a knack for making processes more efficient
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to grow talent by providing candid, continuous feedback aligned with professional career frameworks, fostering a high-trust and psychologically safe environment
  • Ability to remain technically engaged enough to be accountable for architectural quality and security, without becoming a bottleneck in day-to-day operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
