Job Description:

We're looking for a Engineering Manager to join our OpenCTI team and help us animate the roadmap as well as managing the team and ensure the well-being of everyone. You'll work closely with the product team for priorizing the roadmap, animating the team and building the best features possible for our flagship product !

Job Responsibility:

  • Is responsible for the team mindset and happiness
  • Must conduct correctly the 1:1 and the annual evaluation with help of SE
  • Is responsible of the evaluation, the objectives and the expectations to help its team to achieve their career path
  • Must be aware at all time of the progress on any ongoing task within the team
  • Is accountable for the ETAs of all ongoing tasks within the team
  • Must challenge product on definitions, needs, timing & roadmap

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in team management
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment
  • Strong technical skills with a large experience as Software Engineer, preferrably in JS (Node.js, React)
  • Proven capability of working with different stakeholders and good time management
  • Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit
