Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure Value Delivery to our customers through rigorous planning, managing dependencies, risks and team blockages proactively
  • Promote the care of the team with direct responsibility for their health, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the professional growth of each member
  • Lead the development cycle, the evolution of teams and systems, optimizing their life cycle, defining team structures and guiding selection and onboarding processes
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement: ensure optimal performance in production, identifying and leading quality improvements in the areas that require it

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years leading successful engineering teams and actively collaborating with product managers in the development of software products
  • Passion for team growth and individual development
  • Experience in development and design of distributed and scalable systems
  • In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing)
  • Have a high level of English since you will be working with a multicultural team
  • Be willing to move to La Coruña – Galicia – Spain
