Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager with a track record of successfully leading teams in developing Data Solutions
  • Sound understanding of BigData Ecosystem and deep understanding of Airflow/Other pipeline orchestration tools, Spark 2.4+, Data Streaming and BI
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to encourage and empower a diverse team
  • Ability to work with product, data science, ML and other shareholders to drive vision for "Core Services analytics" and reporting
  • Validated ability to deliver high-quality Data products on time and within scope
  • Keep the bar high on sustainable engineering by following best engineering practices, producing best in class of code, documentation, testing and monitoring
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience creating/leading high performing team
  • Ability to work with product management and shareholders to drive vision for analytics and reporting
