Job Description:

This is a strategic leadership position working across multiple engineering disciplines. You will provide direction, governance, and decision-making support while helping to build and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide leadership across a multi-disciplinary engineering function
  • Support the development and growth of the engineering team
  • Drive effective decision-making and technical governance across programmes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Engineering Manager or senior leadership role

  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
