Engineering Manager, Data Security

As an Engineering Manager on our Data Security team, you’ll lead a group of talented Software Developers and Security Engineers working on some of the most complex, high-impact challenges in applied cryptography. Your team is at the heart of building the secure foundations that power every 1Password product — from designing new cryptographic systems to preparing for a post-quantum future. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Security Engineering to shape a multi-year security roadmap, bring emerging technologies to market, and ensure that security at 1Password scales with our growth.
