  • Define and enforce engineering standards
  • Be accountable for the delivery of secure, high-performance services, managing infrastructure costs and making informed trade-offs

  • Solid background in Full Stack Software Engineering, specifically with frontend technologies, including React, and various backend technologies, including Node.js and the JVM ecosystem (Kotlin/Java)
  • Well-versed in modern architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, REST/OpenAPI) and have experience with AWS services and containerization
  • A leader who can still talk shop with Senior Engineers and Principals, conduct meaningful architecture reviews, and contribute to complex architectural decisions

  • Understand the importance of regulations like the European Accessibility Act and have experience introducing compliance to them
  • Fluent English communicator who can navigate technical complexity and business requirements with equal ease
