Collaborate across domains: work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to align on dependencies, priorities, and shared standards. Hire and develop talent: participate in recruiting to grow the team, and actively invest in the growth of individual engineers through feedback, mentorship, and stretch opportunities. Report up and communicate clearly: keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and blockers, translating technical complexity into business-relevant terms. Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. Things change quickly here, so be ready to adapt, take initiative, and shape your role as we grow.
