Job Description

As Engineering Manager - BI & Integrations, you will lead a remote/offshore BI team, taking full ownership of delivery, prioritisation and team performance. This is a delivery-first leadership role - success is defined by your ability to create structure, drive accountability and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience managing BI or data teams, ideally across remote or offshore models
  • A strong delivery mindset, with the ability to prioritise, organise and execute
  • Solid understanding of BI/data platforms (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, ETL/ELT)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, translating business needs into delivery
