We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Doctolib's Automation Platform (AUTOP) team, which empowers all Doctolib engineers to build, test, and deploy software with confidence and speed.
Job Responsibility
Build and lead a high-performing team of 6 engineers who are passionate about developer productivity

Define and drive the technical vision for your team's domain

Champion a Platform as a Product mindset
Partner strategically with product teams, Infrastructure Platform, and Applicative Platform to solve cross-cutting challenges
Drive measurable improvements in developer productivity metrics
Be a visible technical leader across the organization
Influence engineering culture
Navigate ambiguity and lead through influence, not authority
Requirements
6+ years of software engineering and 3+ years managing technical teams
Deep platform engineering expertise: CI/CD, developer tooling, automation, testing infrastructure, or internal platforms
Track record of building Platform as a Product
Strong stakeholder management
Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership
Fluent in English and comfortable influencing across a multi-country organization
Nice to have
Are passionate about developer experience and understand what makes engineers productive and happy
Have an entrepreneurial mindset
Have experience managing distributed or remote teams across time zones
Have background in healthcare, regulated industries, or mission-critical systems where reliability and security are non-negotiable
