As an Engineering Manager within our Embedded Analytics vertical, you will lead the mission to democratize information through high-performance Embedded and Self-Service insights. You will be responsible for transforming complex data structures into a superior user experience, enabling global-scale self-service reporting. Your goal is to ensure our users move beyond simple data access to achieving absolute autonomy and strategic clarity in real-time decision-making.

Requirements:
Proven track record (5+ years) of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Deep Software Engineering background
Strong Cloud Native mindset
comprehensive understanding of cloud architecture principles (AWS, GCP, or Azure), distributed systems, and serverless/containerized environments
Experience with High-Velocity SDLC
you have lived and breathed CI/CD, automated testing, and have moved teams toward DORA-measured excellence
Nice to have:
BI & Analytics Architecture: Familiarity with the challenges of embedded reporting, data modelling, and ensuring low-latency query performance for end-users
