Job Description:

Join Four Points by Sheraton as an Engineering Maintenance Manager in Perth, where you will oversee day-to-day system operation and property maintenance, manage a team, and ensure high building service standards. This full-time role is part of Marriott International, offering growth, training, and global career opportunities within the world's largest hotel network.

Job Responsibility:

Directs and manages the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property
Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs
Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and for equipment and relationship building
Managing the engineering maintenance team and supporting them with operational tasks
Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment
Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives with the traveller in mind
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values

Requirements:

Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial
Working rights in Australia
