Job Description

Are you an experienced Engineering Lead, Lead Engineer or Electrical Supervisor looking for your next contract opportunity? We're recruiting for an Engineering Lead to oversee a multi-skilled engineering team on a busy FM contract in Birmingham city centre.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support a multi-skilled engineering team
  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Carry out fault finding, inspections and electrical maintenance activities
  • Complete emergency lighting testing, sprinkler testing and tap changes
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures
  • Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota

Requirements

  • Electrical qualifications including 18th Edition
  • Previous experience in an Engineering Lead, Lead Engineer or Supervisory position
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within Facilities Management
  • Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

HV Authorisation or High Voltage experience
