Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead Analyst to drive the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance enterprise-level software systems. This pivotal role within an agile development team demands deep expertise in microservices architecture, .net framework, and an unwavering commitment to software engineering best practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-volume, low-latency microservices for mission-critical applications
  • Drive the creation of clean, well-designed, testable, and efficient code
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement comprehensive unit tests
  • Own the end-to-end application lifecycle including development, integration testing, and deployment processes
  • Proactively tune application performance and availability to meet Service Level Objectives
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and contribute to Site Reliability Engineering initiatives
  • Provide critical production support and conduct thorough root cause analysis
  • Participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle
  • Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
  • Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements
  • Advise or mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in software industry
  • 10+ years of development experience
  • Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting
  • Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in .NET and .NET core
  • Object-oriented programming principles
  • Angular proficiency
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Deep experience with MVC framework
  • Angular Material or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Expert understanding of microservices architecture patterns
  • Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, BitBucket/GitHub/Git, Artifactory
  • Experience with testing methodologies and modern JavaScript testing tools
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server relational database
  • Working experience with Oracle and MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
