Job Description:

Engineering Lead Analyst role joining multi-disciplinary Cloud Engineering teams to enable Citi to deploy applications into approved Cloud Providers through designing, developing, and deploying robust tools and services with focus on building cutting-edge pipelines for Citi's strategic multi-cloud journey.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and deploy robust, secure, and intuitive tools and services
Build cutting-edge pipelines leveraging industry-standard practices and cloud-native solutions
Collaborate with cloud engineers and business stakeholders to drive multi-cloud strategy
Deliver automation solutions and frameworks for cloud provider adoption
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines
Architect and integrate cloud-native solutions with security, observability, and data analytics
Define development standards and best practices
Create technical and user documentation
Provide support for REST-based microservice architecture
Triage and deliver solutions to production incidents

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
Hands-on software development and/or automation experience within Cloud Platform Engineering domain
Strong software development background with expertise in cloud service automation
Demonstrable hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS Cloud services
Practical experience with DevSecOps practices
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tooling and components
Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD, IAM, and Security standards
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Public Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Professional Cloud Developer)
Proven experience working across multiple lines of business in collaborative corporate environment
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

Public Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Professional Cloud Developer)
Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
Experience working across multiple lines of business
