Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as subject matter expert on reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools and align industry-standard processes and methods with business objectives to deliver reporting dashboards that enhance business insight, drive process improvements and reduce risk
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel
  • Address operational use cases to manage IT as well as regulatory requirements
  • Understand the company’s requirements for technology inventory, reference data, and translate into an actionable backlog and roadmap
  • Drive delivery of the roadmap through collaboration with various partnering groups across the company
  • Engage with clients and ensure that the business requirements are being appropriately prioritized with appropriate solutions
  • Maintain and prioritize backlogs using JIRA, deliver cross team projects, and provide subject matter expertise on the aligned product

Requirements:

  • Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field
  • 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Data Visualization Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Visualization Engineer Senior Associate, Software Engineer, Applications Development Analyst or related position involving data analysis in a global organization
  • 4 years of experience must include: SQL, advanced Excel
  • Agile, SDLC
  • and BI Tools
  • At least 2 years of experience must include: Data Visualization, Management, and Warehousing
