Job Description:

Enterprise Analytics Services (EAS) team seeks a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Lead Analyst to enhance our Business Intelligence Services. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about building and managing best-in-class BI products as a service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Solve complex design and architectural problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
  • Contribute to overall system architecture and engineering strategy
  • Evaluate and certify new product features and releases
  • Promote automation-first approach by designing and implementing reusable automation tools
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for containerized solutions
  • Identify gaps in the product and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with end users and internal customers to gather requirements
  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • Strong software development skills with ability to work across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.)
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SQL language and multiple Relational Database Management Systems
  • 4+ years of practical experience with Ansible, Unix Shell scripting, and Python scripting
  • 4+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and managing solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm
  • Experience in implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, LDAP, and AD integrations
  • Experience working with AWS/GCP
  • Familiarity with enterprise platform security and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of data federation tools
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
