Job Description:

Enterprise Analytics Services (EAS) team seeks a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Lead Analyst to enhance our Business Intelligence Services. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about building and managing best-in-class BI products as a service.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
Solve complex design and architectural problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
Contribute to overall system architecture and engineering strategy
Evaluate and certify new product features and releases
Promote automation-first approach by designing and implementing reusable automation tools
Develop and maintain automation scripts for containerized solutions
Identify gaps in the product and develop solutions
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Liaise with end users and internal customers to gather requirements
Document processes, solutions, and best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations teams

Requirements:

7+ years of IT experience
Strong software development skills with ability to work across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.)
6+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines
6+ years of hands-on experience in SQL language and multiple Relational Database Management Systems
4+ years of practical experience with Ansible, Unix Shell scripting, and Python scripting
4+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and managing solutions with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm
Experience in implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, LDAP, and AD integrations
Experience working with AWS/GCP
Familiarity with enterprise platform security and compliance requirements
Knowledge of data federation tools
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
AWS/GCP Certification preferred
