As the Public Cloud Engineering Practices Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our public cloud strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Own the public cloud engineering practices strategy and its execution
Lead and grow a team of deeply technical cloud specialists and full-stack software developers
Drive client satisfaction and business value by identifying and developing process improvement and automation initiatives
Establish partnerships across the broader Citi technology landscape to align with business growth initiatives and priorities
Define measurable success criteria and routinely assess service availability and reliability
Drive compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

Comprehensive expertise in public cloud service adoption, with a focus on AWS and GCP
Expert-level skills in software and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) engineering
Programming Languages: Python, Java and Go
AI/ML: prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search, Vector Databases, etc
Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Testing: Cucumber, JBehave, Pytest-BDD, etc
CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines: Harness, Tekton, Jenkins, etc
Chaos Engineering: AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS), Chaos Mesh, etc
Familiarity with Agile Development, DevOps, and SRE practices
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements
Experience evaluating complex requirements and rationalizing them into a consistent service offering
A proven track record of managing a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing Engineering team
