Job Responsibility:
Prepare specifications and develop bid scopes for contractors
Develop estimates and source equipment for projects
Create design solutions to address areas of opportunity in accordance with engineering standards pertaining to safety, sanitation and production impact
Assist in supervising contractors and maintenance personnel on capital upgrades and projects
Contribute to team effort by engaging in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) activities to drive results
Engage in a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
Must be a college student of Engineering who is preferably entering senior year in the Fall of 2026
Must be available to sustain up to a one-year internship commitment (Spring 2026 to Spring 2027)
Must be available to work approximately 20 hours per week on-site at the Flagstaff manufacturing facility
Nice to have:
Experience with AutoCAD is preferred but not required
