Job Description

Lead the teams building the future of workforce management. Quinyx is hiring an Engineering Director to report directly to our CTO and co-own the roadmap for a core product area. You will lead a distributed team of roughly 40 engineers, own your P&L, and spearhead our AI transformation. We need a strategic, commercially minded leader who can build high-performing cultures and drive real business impact in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Be a core member of the R&D Senior Management Team, co-owning the product area roadmap with the Product Director
  • Work closely with the CTO to shape Quinyx's engineering vision
  • Oversee all development initiatives within the product area, defining best practices, KPIs, and scalable delivery processes
  • Champion engineering quality at every level
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your engineering managers and senior engineers
  • Own the budget for your engineering function and build cohesion across distributed and offshore teams
  • Accountable for your product area's contribution to Quinyx's P&L

Requirements

  • A proven track record leading large engineering organisations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Deep experience across the full software development lifecycle
