Job Description:

Plan, develop and oversee implementation of market-leading manufacturing methods for new or existing products and technologies while driving quality, safety and efficiency improvements for all manufacturing operations and compliance with safety, state and central regulations. Manage the research & development activities with focus on product and process innovations, new product development, testing, process automation, cost reduction, document control and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
5-8 years of relevant experience in managing R&D in solar sector
2-3 years of experience in module manufacturing or plant administration
